You receive the agreement and first invoice. We collect your material, build the website and prepare the content.

Do I need an existing website?
No. Each package includes a new website as part of the one-time setup. If you already have a website, tell me about it so we can agree whether to update it or build a new one.
What is the minimum commitment?
All three packages start with a six-month minimum term. After that, the subscription continues monthly and you can cancel by email with one month's notice. Your agreement records the exact dates.
What do I pay first?
The first invoice combines the setup fee and the first subscription month. Later months are paid in advance on the calendar day your contract started. In a shorter month, the last calendar day is used. Prices shown exclude VAT; the applicable VAT and total payable appear on your invoice.
What counts as a small website update?
An update is a small change to an existing page, such as replacing text or an image, changing opening hours or updating an offer. Extra pages, new functionality and larger redesigns are quoted separately before work starts.
Which social channels and languages are included?
We agree the channels and languages that fit your business before starting. Monthly post and Story counts are totals across the agreed channels, not separate allowances for every platform. Your agreement sets out the deliverables and any included revisions.
What do you need from me?
Your business information, existing logo and suitable photos or footage, plus access to the accounts you want me to manage. We agree any stock or AI-assisted visuals beforehand. On-location photography, filming, advertising budgets and printing are separate.
What happens when I cancel?
Your agreement explains website use, hosting and handover arrangements. Your domain and account access remain yours. Source files, third-party licences and continuing hosting are addressed separately, so the arrangements are clear before you start.
