Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your business name and email address. You can also provide your name, website or social profile, package preference and message. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in the form.
Why it is used
Your information is used to answer your enquiry, discuss a possible service and keep a record of that conversation. An enquiry is not a newsletter subscription. If you become a client, relevant details are also used to deliver the agreed services and manage the client relationship.
Processing an enquiry supports the steps you request before a possible agreement and Rivani Digital’s legitimate interest in handling business correspondence. Contractual and legal obligations apply to client administration where relevant.
Hosting and service providers
This website and its contact facilities use Hostinger hosting and email services. Technical information may be processed to deliver the website and prevent abuse. Information needed to handle your enquiry is kept within Rivani Digital’s administration and the service providers used for that purpose.
Keeping and removing information
Enquiry information is kept for as long as it is needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship. Records subject to legal retention requirements are retained for the relevant period. You can contact Richard to ask about information held about you or request its removal where it no longer needs to be retained.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate details, deletion where applicable, or restriction of processing. You may also object to processing based on a legitimate interest and request portability where that right applies. Contact Richard using the form linked above; sufficient information may be requested to verify your identity.
If a concern cannot be resolved, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
